THE FIRST 2 WEEKS, WE CREATE A FOUNDATION:

  • Core Desires: Decisions are always made with emotion and backed up with fact, so we start with, "What are your core desires?"
  • Motivators Assessment: What inspires you to jump out of bed and do a happy dance? Take our quiz to identify what motivates YOU.
  • Nutritional Fuel: Learn to listen to the intuition of your body and use food as the fuel you need to propel you forward.

THEN TOGETHER WE CREATE YOUR UNIQUE PLAN WITH:

  • Fitness Fun: Fitness doesn't have to be your least favorite F-word. We'll identify activities that work for your body and bring you joy.
  • Mental Training: Meditations recommended specifically for your unique desires, supporting your journey from the inside.

AND INDIVIDUAL, PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE:

  • 1:1 Coaching: Over the 12 weeks, schedule 3 individual sessions with a qualified wellness coach when you need an extra boost!
  • Progress Monitoring: Monthly check-in on core desires and motivators, and the option to track with photos and measurements.

Coaching Workshops

WEEKLY IN-PERSON: MONDAYS 6:30-8:30PM

For your "I just crushed it" celebrations and your "beer and pizza for dinner" moments, we'll be there without judgment (save us a slice?). We're here to guide and support you - our community is in this together and we believe in balance. No weekly weigh-ins or guilt trips allowed! Workshops* include:
