  • Motivators Assessment: What inspires you to jump out of bed and do a happy dance? Take our quiz to identify what motivates YOU.
  • Nutritional Fuel: Learn to listen to the intuition of your body and use food as the fuel you need to propel you forward.

THEN TOGETHER WE CREATE YOUR UNIQUE PLAN WITH:

  • Fitness Fun: Fitness doesn't have to be your least favorite F-word. We'll identify activities that work for your body and bring you joy.
  • Mental Training: Meditations recommended specifically for your unique desires, supporting your journey from the inside.

AND INDIVIDUAL, PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE:

  • 1:1 Coaching: Over the 12 weeks, schedule 3 individual sessions with a qualified wellness coach when you need an extra boost!
  • Progress Monitoring: Monthly check-in on core desires and motivators, and the option to track with photos and measurements.
